In the Insurance Industry, my focus was always on people. As a Broker and leader in the Tri-City Life Underwriters, I prioritized building strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing personalized solutions. It was about more than policies—it was about trust and care.

When I ventured into Environmental Services with BOOTHE Environmental Technologies, my mission was clear: educate clients on the value of clean, safe spaces and create partnerships rooted in mutual respect. Starting a business from the ground up wasn’t easy, but the relationships built along the way made it all worth it.

One of my proudest moments was at John Randolph Nursing Home, where I worked alongside an incredible team to reimagine housekeeping services. Together, we created an environment that prioritized health, improved staff morale, and enhanced the quality of care for patients. The Superior Rating we earned wasn’t just an achievement—it was a reflection of our shared commitment to excellence.
